Description
This energising 90-minute, face-to-face workshop gives participants a clear, practical route to building real-world resilience through the Psychological Capital (PsyCap) model. Rather than treating resilience as a fixed personality trait, the session breaks it down into four highly trainable capacities, Hope, Efficacy, Resilience and Optimism, and shows people how to strengthen each one in the moments they need it most.
The session blends short bursts of insight with hands-on exercises and relatable scenarios drawn from workplace pressure points. Participants explore what drains their resilience, how their thinking patterns shape recovery, and which micro-habits help them stay resourceful under stress. They leave with tools they can apply immediately, including mindset shifts, practical reframing techniques, and confidence-building strategies that support sustained performance.
Designed for busy teams and managers, this session works best when organisations want a quick, high-impact intervention that lifts energy, improves adaptability, and builds psychological readiness for change.
