Hello...

I’ve spent almost 30 years studying how people think, feel, and make sense of their lives, and my work now brings together psychology, coaching, and therapeutic counselling. Rather than taking a purely clinical or purely performance-based approach, I focus on helping individuals understand themselves more deeply and create changes that feel grounded and sustainable.

My earlier career was spent in senior roles supporting people through high-pressure situations and major life transitions, and that experience continues to shape how I work today. It means I’m comfortable sitting with complexity, whether that’s emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, stress, or the sense of being “stuck” even when everything looks fine from the outside.

If you’d like to know more about my background and training, you can find further detail on my LinkedIn profile below.
