What is your coaching philosophy?

My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values and help them develop a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.

Are you qualified to do this work?

Yes, I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and a Master's degree in Coaching Psychology. I am currently completing my PhD in Psychology.  I am also a level 4 student counsellor with the BACP.

How is your work regulated

My work is supervised by a chartered coaching psychologist. I work to the British Psychological Society's ethical standards. I am also DBS checked and fully insured.

What types of clients do you work with?

I work with clients from all walks of life who are looking to achieve personal growth and reach their goals. Some of my clients seek career advancement, while others want to improve their relationships or find greater fulfilment in life.

I do not work with those under the age of 18 or anyone who is currently experiencing severe mental health challenges. Anyone needing a mental health professional should speak to their GP, call 111, or visit the BACP or UKCP websites for a list of accredited counsellors.

I don't have time for coaching during the day, can you fit in around my commitments?

That's not a problem. I offer two evenings a week so you can fit the coaching around your other commitments. Weekend sessions are also possible.
