F2F
Description

This high-intensity 90-minute session gives managers the psychological tools to thrive in complex, matrixed environments where influence matters more than hierarchy. Instead of fighting the ambiguity that comes with dotted lines, shifting priorities, and shared ownership, participants learn how to read the relational landscape, build alignment quickly, and move work forward without formal authority.

Grounded in evidence-based psychology, the session explores how cognitive biases, power dynamics, and emotional signalling shape cross-functional decision-making. Managers practise practical tactics for influencing peers, negotiating expectations, and creating clarity when working across multiple teams and agendas. The focus is on small, repeatable behaviours that reduce friction, increase trust, and improve delivery in fast-moving organisations.

The result is a mindset shift: managers leave with a clearer understanding of how to navigate people, politics, and priorities, and with tools they can apply immediately to make collaboration smoother and outcomes stronger.

Outcomes
