Decision-Making as a Team
Helping leadership teams improve how they reach, test and implement important decisions. We work with the cognitive, relational and organisational factors that can strengthen or undermine collective judgement.

Collective decision-making can produce better judgement than individual decision-making, but only when the team uses its different perspectives effectively.
Senior teams can fall into familiar traps: premature consensus, repeated debate, deference to hierarchy, fragmented information, unclear decision rights or decisions that are subsequently reopened.
MindWorks helps teams examine how decisions are actually made rather than how the process is intended to work. We explore assumptions, bias, challenge, risk, participation, power and the distinction between consultation and decision ownership.
The work can be applied directly to live organisational decisions, allowing the team to strengthen its process while addressing real business issues.
The goal is clearer, more deliberate collective judgement and greater confidence that once decisions are made, the team can stand behind and implement them.
