Sustainable Performance & Burnout
Organisations

Burnout is often addressed at the individual level: resilience training, wellbeing interventions or encouragement to manage stress more effectively.
Those approaches can be useful, but they are unlikely to solve the problem when the conditions creating sustained overload remain unchanged.
MindWorks helps organisations examine burnout and sustainable performance through both psychological and organisational lenses. We consider workload, control, role ambiguity, leadership expectations, culture, relationships, change intensity and the signals organisations send about what high performance requires.
The work may involve leadership teams, organisational diagnostics, facilitated conversations, coaching or the redesign of practices that continually recreate unsustainable pressure.
The aim is not to lower ambition. It is to distinguish healthy challenge from chronic overload and help organisations create conditions in which high performance can be maintained without steadily depleting the people delivering it.
