MindWorks provides strategic people advisory support grounded in extensive senior international HR experience and informed by coaching psychology.

We work alongside CEOs, CHROs, People Directors and other senior leaders to explore complex organisational questions, test assumptions and consider the consequences of different choices.

The role is not to replace internal HR leadership. It is to provide independent perspective, constructive challenge and confidential support where the issue benefits from experience outside the immediate organisational system.
